Designed for
Supervisors and Managers with at least one subordinate, who are new into this role or have never been exposed to training on supervisory and management skills and who have to improve and develop their Supervisory skills.
Faculty
Mr. Mohammad Zamir holds a Master Degree in Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science. He is a certified Trainer, a Licentiate in Life Insurance from III, India, and has Diploma in Islamic Banking Finance & Insurance and is also AMFI Certified professional from NISM, India.
Program Methodology
The training method used will be interactive sessions, case studies, role plays, group work in conjunction with multimedia slide presentations (LCD projector) and Video Clips
